About the Role
The Marketing Intern role is a PART-TIME, ON-SITE, UNPAID position based in Virginia Beach, VA. The intern will support daily marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with social media content creation.
- Help prepare marketing materials for digital and print channels.
- Handle special requests from the team of agents.
- Conduct basic market research.
- Gather data on local real estate trends.
- Support the coordination of marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with agents and the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
- Assist with event preparation.
- Help maintain accurate marketing databases and reports.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to perform Market Research and contribute to Marketing Strategy development for local real estate campaigns.
- Graphic Design and Video Editing capabilities.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Interest in Sales and real estate marketing.
- Ability to support listing promotion and lead-generation activities.
- Proficiency with common office and marketing tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site part-time in Virginia Beach, VA.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
