Client Relations & Strategic Projects Associate

About the Role

We are seeking smart, ambitious, and highly adaptable individuals to join our growing team in Patna. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of client relationships, strategy, research, technology, and project execution. You will work on innovative projects, many involving Artificial Intelligence (AI), technology, and large-scale systems. You'll help understand client needs, develop ideas, prepare compelling presentations, coordinate with stakeholders, and turn opportunities into real projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and ensure effective communication and follow-ups.
• Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth research on industries, organizations, government initiatives, technologies, and potential business opportunities.
• Presentations & Proposals: Prepare compelling presentations, project proposals, briefing notes, speeches, and professional documents.
• Meetings & Coordination: Participate in client meetings, take accurate notes, identify action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Strategic Projects: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of innovative projects, particularly in AI, technology, and digital transformation.
• Problem-Solving: Anticipate questions, prepare talking points and responses, and develop practical solutions to complex challenges.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities, contribute creative ideas, and help advance new partnerships and projects.
• Execution & Ownership: Manage multiple priorities, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and spoken.
• Strong research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to understand new concepts quickly and explain complex ideas simply.
• Confidence in interacting with clients and senior professionals.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to prepare professional documents and presentations.
