Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions for operational challenges.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute creative marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
• Learn and analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions on product offerings and pricing strategies.
• Support the management team in various projects and initiatives to improve overall business performance.
• Provide marketplace & D2C growth support and assist with listing audits, category research, and pricing strategy inputs.
• Engage in marketing-led problem-solving: Strategize brand growth, target audience identification, and messaging effectiveness.
• Prepare client decks and proposals, contributing to the creation of growth presentations, audits, and pitch decks for clients.
• Provide growth sprint assistance and contribute to monthly plans across content, performance campaigns, and market expansion.
• Assist with brand communication, brainstorm packaging copy, campaign hooks, and homepage storytelling ideas.
• Conduct competitor and category research, track benchmarks, creative trends, and content gaps that matter to clients.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good Communication Skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
• Good Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation/PG (Non-IT background).
• Interest in learning about Marketplaces/ Marketing.
