About the Role

Showtales is a growing music and entertainment company focused on supporting artists in building sustainable, long-term careers. The Artist Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities for artists.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities for artists, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with venues, partners, and production teams.
• Manage artist portfolios.
• Oversee release timelines.
• Support music promotion campaigns.
• Identify performance and collaboration opportunities.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with artists.
• Track deliverables.
• Ensure that commitments and contracts are honored.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align creative, production, and marketing efforts with each artist’s career strategy.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the music or entertainment industry, including managing or coordinating artist-related activities, is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in music, entertainment management, business, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
