Hitech Building Solutions is an architecture design firm focused on creating functional, sustainable, and aesthetically refined built environments. The firm delivers end-to-end design services, from concept development to detailed execution, for a wide range of residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Team members collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design quality and project feasibility. The Junior Architect will support the design and delivery of architectural projects, working closely with senior architects and project teams. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kumta, requiring regular collaboration with colleagues in the studio and occasional visits to project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concept designs.
• Prepare drawings and 3D models.
• Assist with design documentation.
• Contribute to presentations and client reviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure design intent, technical accuracy, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and graphic tools.
• Familiarity with Softwares.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent accredited program.
• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear plans and models.
• Basic experience or coursework in Project Management, including task coordination, timelines, and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, and spatial visualization skills, with attention to detail and quality.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
