About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Engineer Trainee to join our team. The trainee will undergo structured training and work under the guidance of senior engineers to gain hands-on experience in engineering processes, tools, and best practices. This role is ideal for fresh graduates seeking to build a strong technical foundation and practical exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in daily engineering tasks and project execution.
• Learn company processes, standards, tools, and technologies.
• Support design, development, testing, and implementation activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Participate in training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Analyse data, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements.
• Follow safety, quality, and compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams when required.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech).
• Preferred from IIT & NIT.
• Streams: Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science / IT / related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of core engineering concepts.
• Understanding of relevant software/tools (e.g., CAD, programming, automation).
• Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
