About the Role
The Financial Reporting Analyst role at Crepdog Crew is a full-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports to support accurate and timely internal and external reporting.
- Reconcile accounts.
- Monitor key financial metrics.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and internal controls.
- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Working Hours: 11am - 8pm
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
- Solid Finance and Financial Analysis skills.
- Excellent Analytical Skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and financial software (e.g., Excel, accounting/ERP systems).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA) are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with deadlines.
- Capability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
