About the Role
We are hiring experienced AR Callers for our healthcare revenue cycle management team in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle AR calling for the voice process.
- Focus on healthcare revenue cycle management.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 9 months to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in one of the following:
- Physician Billing – CMS-1500
- Hospital Billing – UB-04
- Eligibility Verification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a fixed US night shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Tamil Nadu candidates preferred.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Relieving letter is not mandatory.
- Work from office only.
