Junior Relationship Executive

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Relationship Executive based in Vuyyuru.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and self-help groups.
• Explain loan products.
• Assist with loan applications.
• Support disbursement and repayment processes.
• Conduct field visits.
• Verify customer information.
• Maintain accurate records in alignment with company policies and compliance standards.
• Support collection activities.
• Address customer queries.
• Help build long-term, trust-based relationships within the community.
• Collaborate with branch staff.
• Report on daily activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Basic financial literacy and understanding of lending processes, including loan documentation and repayment tracking.
• Fieldwork and community outreach capabilities, including willingness to travel locally and work closely with self-help groups.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with digital tools or mobile applications for data entry and reporting.
• Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a high level of integrity.
• Minimum educational qualification of a higher secondary certificate or graduate degree in any discipline.
• Ability to work on-site in Vuyyuru.
• Ability to adapt to rural and semi-urban environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively in local languages as well as basic English.

Prior experience in microfinance, banking, or NBFCs is an advantage.
