The Sales Intern (Department Software & Automation) is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. This role involves supporting the sales team in identifying potential clients, presenting software and automation solutions, and assisting in demos and product walkthroughs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in identifying potential clients.
• Present software and automation solutions.
• Assist in demos and product walkthroughs.
• Help manage leads.
• Follow up with prospects.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and other tracking tools.
• Answer client queries.
• Coordinate with technical teams to understand service offerings.
• Contribute to training sessions and materials that help clients adopt SuperSquare™ solutions.
• Support customer service activities.
• Gather feedback.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Foundational Sales and Sales Management skills.
• Training-related skills.
• Basic understanding of software, automation, or AI-based solutions is beneficial.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
