Operations Associate - Partnership
About the Role
As an Operations Associate - Partnership, your main responsibility will be to communicate with students and parents from schools already visited by our team. You will introduce them to the Filo application, explain how it works, and guide them on how to use it for their studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Calling Students and Parents: Contact students or their parents over the phone and share information about the Filo application.
- Explain the Filo App: Explain how students can use the app and connect with teachers for one-to-one academic support.
- Guide Students: Help students understand how to ask academic questions and get assistance from teachers.
- Provide Basic Support: Assist students and parents with basic queries related to app usage and its features.
- Share App Benefits: Explain how Filo can help students with their daily learning and academic doubts.
- Maintain Records: Keep daily records of calls, student interactions, and follow-ups using Google Sheets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Basic understanding of Google Sheets or MS Excel.
- Good listening skills, patience, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to communicate politely with students and parents.
