About the Role

The Gourd Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling day-to-day operational tasks related to gourd handling.
• Sorting gourds.
• Performing basic quality checking of gourds.
• Preparing gourds for storage or dispatch as per company guidelines.
• Following safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the work area.
• Accurately recording basic inventory or movement of goods.
• Collaborating with supervisors and coworkers.
• Following instructions for work schedules and priorities.
• Supporting smooth warehouse or facility operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic physical tasks, including lifting, moving, and sorting items safely.
• Attention to detail for simple quality checks and accurate counting or recording of items.
• Basic communication skills to understand instructions and coordinate with team members and supervisors.
• Willingness to follow safety, hygiene, and company policies consistently.
• Reliability, punctuality, and readiness to work full time on-site in Ahmedabad.
• Prior experience in warehouse, agricultural handling, or similar operational roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
