About the Role

Aekansh Group is a growing organization focused on delivering value-driven solutions. This is a full-time, on-site Marketing and Business Development Intern position based in Raipur. The intern will support the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing customer and competitor data.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with lead generation activities.
• Participate in sales outreach.
• Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Contribute to marketing strategy discussions.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work full-time on-site in Raipur.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comfort with digital platforms and social media.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction and active listening.
• Market Research skills, including data collection, competitor analysis, and interpretation of market trends.
• Sales skills, including lead follow-up, basic negotiation, and relationship-building.
• Marketing Strategy skills, including understanding of brand positioning, campaign planning, and target audience segmentation.
• Customer Service skills, including empathy, responsiveness, and a focus on client satisfaction.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
