About the Role

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team within Global Business Services is seeking an associate to support the International Technology & Operations and Real Estate portfolio. This role involves financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting, with regular interaction with business partners in International Locations and finance partners in the APAC & EMEA Regions. The team is part of the wider Support FP&A group, providing financial support across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and commentary with subject matter expert knowledge.
• Completing Finance Packs and presenting them to Business/Onshore partners.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, managing time and deliverables' quality.
• Leading month-end close and all associated management reporting.
• Managing projects, ad-hoc requests, and simplification and standardization efforts.
• Leading and influencing the matrix that supports the team's business strategic direction.
• Providing end-to-end business decision support to Senior Business Leaders without oversight.
• Establishing and maintaining relevant controls and feedback systems.
• Discussing, analyzing, and inferring financials to produce quality analysis.
• Coordinating with the business to resolve process bottlenecks.
• Partnering closely with stakeholders (LOB as needed) to support reporting routines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Financial Planning & Analysis and Management Reporting experience is required.
• Working knowledge of Budgeting and Forecasting.
• Knowledge of Essbase SmartView and other Oracle-based platforms.
• Operational excellence mindset.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with potentially undefined procedures and changing work mix.
• Ability to independently communicate with senior leaders in the business.
• Tableau and Alteryx are used for Data Management and reporting.
• Experience with developing, testing, deploying, and governing emerging tech solutions using tools like Alteryx, Tableau, etc. is mentioned in the context of the broader team.

Qualifications

• MBA Finance Education.
• MBA Finance Experience.

• Willingness to work in any of the following locations: Mumbai, Chennai, Gurugram, Gandhinagar (GIFT), Hyderabad, as per company requirement.
