Python Teacher

About the Role

HubbleHut is seeking a full-time, Python Teacher for a hybrid position based in Chennai. The role offers flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured Python curricula.
• Prepare lesson plans.
• Conduct interactive classes for learners at various skill levels.
• Explain core programming concepts.
• Guide learners through coding exercises and projects.
• Review assignments and provide constructive feedback.
• Create learning resources.
• Update content to reflect current industry practices.
• Use assessments to track learner progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align course outcomes with career pathways.
• Support learners with mentoring and doubt clarification sessions, both in-person and online.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong Python programming skills, including fundamentals (data types, control structures, functions) and practical experience with libraries and modules.
• Experience teaching or mentoring in programming, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with curriculum design, lesson planning, and developing hands-on coding exercises or projects.
• Comfort with using digital tools and learning platforms for hybrid instruction and learner management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work from the Chennai location for in-person sessions and coordinate remote teaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Python or programming education are an advantage.
• Exposure to AI, data analysis, or related technologies is beneficial.
• A learner-centered and inclusive teaching approach.
