About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Cleaning role based in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, and removing trash in residential and commercial properties.
• Maintain restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and workspaces to company standards.
• Report maintenance or safety issues when observed.
• Perform specialized services such as deep cleaning, window cleaning, and carpet care.
• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate equipment and cleaning products.
• Work according to scheduled assignments and follow checklists.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service and client satisfaction.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Commercial Cleaning for offices, retail spaces, and other business environments.
• Home Cleaning and House Cleaning for residential properties.
• Window Cleaning, including interior and exterior glass surfaces.
• Carpet care, including vacuuming and stain removal.
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and use cleaning tools and equipment correctly.
• Attention to detail.
• Reliability.
• Time management to complete tasks within set schedules.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Basic communication skills to understand instructions and interact professionally with clients and team members.

Previous experience in professional cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided.
