About the Role
This is a dispatching role. You'll dispatch carriers and see every shipment through to delivery, working side by side with Monarch's technology and in close contact with drivers, customers, and the staff at pickup and delivery sites. As the technology takes over more of the repetitive work, your scope grows: more shipments, harder exceptions, higher-value decisions, and a hand in defining how operations run as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Own shipments end to end, from booking through delivery and payment
- Dispatch carriers and get every load covered with a trusted carrier
- Be the customer's point of contact by phone, text, and email, from first message to resolution
- Track active loads and get ahead of delays
- Follow through on every commitment
- Follow up with drivers, customers, and site staff
- Own issues end to end
- Work inside the AI tooling every day, catch its mistakes, and help shape it
- Resolve problems on the road: schedule changes, damage claims, and payment issues
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Follow-through on every shipment, no matter what time it is
- Comfort with software, and you like working alongside AI
- Clear, calm communication by phone, text, and email
- Composure with frustrated customers
- Reliability
- Good judgment under pressure
- Experience in dispatch, brokerage, logistics, or auto transport (or at a tech company building for those sectors) is a strong plus, never a requirement
- Sharp, hungry, organized new grads and college students who learn quickly are encouraged to apply.

Full-time, $30/hour + performance bonus
