Mission Produce is a global leader in the fresh produce business, delivering fresh Hass avocados and mangos to customers in over 25 countries. The company is vertically integrated and has a global distribution network.

• Program Dates: June 1, 2027 - August 13, 2027
• Location: Oxnard, California
• Type: Paid Internship (Full-Time, Seasonal)
• Compensation: $20 - $24 per hour (for California)
• Housing Assistance: Available for interns relocating from outside the area.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by department and may include:

• Entering sales orders and reviewing related documents
• Assisting with forecasting, inventory management, and operational activities
• Creating dashboards and monitoring key metrics
• Conducting deep research and analyzing data
• Learning how sourcing, supply chain, transportation, and sales collaborate

Qualifications

• Positive and proactive mindset with a strong sense of enthusiasm and initiative
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree at an accredited university in:
• Agriculture
• Business
• Economics
• Marketing
• Communications
• Supply Chain
• Or a related field
