Sales And Marketing Intern

About the Role

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Intern at Softiox.

Key Responsibilities

• Support lead generation, outbound and inbound sales activities.
• Conduct basic market research to identify potential clients and industry opportunities.
• Assist with sales outreach.
• Prepare pitch materials.
• Update CRM records.
• Track key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing to create and distribute content.
• Support marketing campaigns.
• Engage with prospects across digital channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams.
• Participate in training sessions.
• Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer engagement.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Foundational Sales and Sales Management skills.
• Ability to participate in and benefit from Training, including a willingness to learn sales tools, processes, and product knowledge.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
• Comfort working with CRM or sales enablement tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Interest in technology, software development, or AI-driven solutions.
• Ability to quickly grasp product value propositions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
