We have worked with 100+ global brands including Amazon, Lakme, Meta, Spotify, Reliance, and CRED, across strategy, design, branding, 2D/3D animation, and innovation. We are hiring a Campaign Operations Associate to support campaign execution for Amazon Prime Video.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role. You will work on building and managing campaigns for Amazon Prime Video using marketing tools, operational workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Your focus will be on ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, accurately, and with the right quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute campaigns for Amazon Prime Video
• Follow SOPs and operational workflows accurately
• Track daily tasks using workflow tools and trackers
• Ensure campaigns meet SLA, productivity, and quality targets
• Proactively flag issues or concerns to managers / SMEs
• Complete assigned tasks within defined timelines
• Adapt to new processes, tools, and feature updates

Quality & Process Excellence

• Resolve customer-facing trouble tickets while maintaining SLA and quality standards
• Ensure every task meets defined SOP and quality requirements
• Identify errors or gaps in SOPs and escalate them to the relevant SMEs
• Contribute ideas for process improvement, automation, Kaizens, and JDIs
• Support root cause analysis and deep-dive exercises when required
• Maintain strong attention to detail across campaign execution

Qualifications

• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with trackers, processes, and SOPs
• Good written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Comfortable working onsite in Chennai
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in digital marketing, campaign operations, or media operations is a plus

Duration: 4 Months

Shift: Rotational (Day / Afternoon / Evening / Night)
