Human Resources Executive

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Pune City.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance and payroll coordination, and maintenance of employee records.
• Administer HR policies, support performance management processes, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company standards.
• Handle employee relations activities such as grievance resolution, engagement initiatives, and communication between team members and management.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Support organizational culture initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to meet workforce planning and talent retention goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience across the employee lifecycle.
• HR Operations skills, such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation, and payroll/attendance support.
• HR Policies knowledge, with the ability to implement, interpret, and update policies in line with legal and organizational requirements.
• Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee engagement.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Indian labor laws, HRIS or payroll systems, and MS Office tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, food processing, or agribusiness sectors is beneficial.
