About the Role

The Fashion Associate is a member of the Global Fashion Network. This role provides support for all fashion editorial and special projects, working closely with the HOEC and Fashion Editor. The Associate is expected to ideate fashion ideas across platforms and may style digital and FOB shoots. Professionalism in editorial meetings and brand discussions is required. The role also involves on-the-ground logistical support for fashion shoots.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Fashion Editor on upcoming fashion stories, projects, and market work.
• Support the execution of all fashion projects, including managing run-throughs, fittings, and sample tracking.
• Ideate fashion ideas across platforms, including video, print, e-commerce, and events.
• Style digital content and FOB shoots as needed.
• Participate on set as needed.
• Attend market appointments.
• Maintain strong relationships with fashion brand PR representatives and communicate effectively with brands.
• Assist stylists with fittings and on set.
• Organize shoot logistics, including arranging messengers, packing trunks, and tracking samples.
• Represent the brand at industry events as determined by the Editor.
• Provide support to other brands within the Global Fashion Network as needed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Existing strong relationships with fashion brand PR representatives.
• Knowledge of the fashion industry, designers, brands, and culture at large.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Works collaboratively.
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented problem solvers.
