Embodiment Advanced Systems is an early-stage deep-tech company focused on developing autonomous swarm systems, unmanned aerial, ground and maritime platforms, and advanced communication and control technologies for defence and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Research government grants, startup funding schemes, R&D programmes and innovation challenges, including iDEX, DRDO, DST, MeitY, and Startup India.
• Identify relevant tenders and procurement opportunities through GeM, CPPP, and other government platforms.
• Analyse eligibility criteria, technical specifications, documentation requirements, and submission deadlines.
• Assist in preparing grant applications, tender proposals, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain structured databases of grants, tenders, funding opportunities, and application statuses.
• Monitor defence procurement developments and relevant government initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to evaluate opportunities and support submissions.
• Prepare weekly reports highlighting actionable opportunities, deadlines, and recommendations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand government guidelines, funding requirements, and tender documents.
• Interest in defence technology, autonomous systems, and the startup ecosystem.
• Familiarity with GeM, government procurement, or startup funding programmes is an advantage, but not mandatory.
