Job Title: Customer Service Rep
About the Role
Domino's Pizza is hiring immediately for Pizza Cooks/Customer Service Representatives. Part-time and full-time permanent positions are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating equipment
- Prepping products
- Stocking ingredients from delivery area, work area & walk in cooler
- Taking telephone orders
- Cleaning equipment & store daily
- Preparing products to recipe
- Receiving and processing telephone orders
- Cleaning equipment daily
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Communication skills: Ability to communicate verbally with customers & co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Attitude: A friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
- Organization: Ability to oversee the preparation of safe, delicious food while maintaining a clean, organized restaurant.
- Coachability: Coachable.
- Customer Experience: The ability to deliver a great customer experience.
