As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring timely communication throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics to track progress and improve processes.
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment materials to attract the right talent.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment efforts.
