About the Role
- L1 level - Transaction Processing Executive/Officer.
- Process Capital Market – Brokerage process documents for a Non-Voice BPS account (US Client).
Key Responsibilities
- Process Capital Market – Brokerage process documents.
- Attend Client Calls, Onshore Training.
- Report to Team Lead.
- Follow Instructions and HR Policies.
- Flexibility for Over Time duty.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent MS Office skills: MS Excel, WORD, Power Point, Excel Macros, and E Mail Drafting.
- Good Typing Speed: 28 WPM with >=95% accuracy.
- Good and sound knowledge of Stock Market and Capital Market Concepts.
- Good understanding of Financial Concepts, Investments, Calculation, Accounting methods.
- Sound Analytical skills.
- Quick Learning ability.
- Zeal to learn new things.
- 100% Accurate work required.
- US Shift Working Hours (India Late Evening or Night Shifts).
- Working From Office.
- Punctual and adherence to attendance and Leaves.
Qualifications
- Education: 12 + 3 Degree Education is mandatory.
- Preferred Degrees: B Com, BBA, and BBM Graduates.
- Candidates with good work experience but with other Specializations can be considered to some extent.
- No Tech Graduates – BE, B Tech, M Tech.
- Additional Certification on Financial Aspects is an added advantage.
