- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Control-M and batch processing, providing timely support.
- Implement and maintain automation scripts and workflows to streamline batch processing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient batch processing strategies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and optimization of batch jobs, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and security standards in batch processing operations.
- Document and maintain up-to-date knowledge base articles and procedures for Control-M and batch processing.
- Provide training and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Control-M and batch processing technologies.
