About the Role
We are looking for a skilled, responsible, and detail-oriented Technician Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical technical knowledge, good problem-solving abilities, and the ability to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks efficiently. This role supports daily technical operations and helps ensure that equipment and systems remain safe and operational.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of equipment, machinery, and technical systems.
- Identify technical issues and carry out troubleshooting to resolve problems.
- Install, test, and maintain equipment according to operational requirements.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any faults or irregularities.
- Assist with equipment setup, calibration, and technical adjustments.
- Follow safety procedures and maintenance guidelines at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to complete technical tasks.
- Recommend improvements to equipment performance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma, certificate, or relevant technical qualification is preferred.
- Previous experience in a technician or maintenance role is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate and maintain technical tools and equipment.
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new technical skills and follow workplace safety standards.
