About the Role

Gradii.ai is an AI-powered hiring platform that automates manual recruitment processes. This is an on-site internship role for a Social Media Content Creator based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and others aligned with Gradii.ai’s brand voice.
• Brainstorm content ideas.
• Script and produce short-form videos and graphics.
• Write captions and posts.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Monitor social media performance.
• Respond to comments.
• Support community engagement.
• Share insights to improve content strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to highlight product features, customer success stories, and company updates.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Social media content creation, including short-form video production, basic graphic design, and writing engaging captions.
• Social media platform management, such as scheduling posts, tracking engagement metrics, and optimizing content for different channels.
• Storytelling and communication, including clear written communication, creative thinking, and the ability to adapt tone for various audiences.
• Basic marketing and branding concepts, including understanding target audiences, brand consistency, and awareness of digital trends.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva or similar design software, video editing apps, and social media analytics dashboards.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or have recently completed studies in Marketing, Media, Communications, Design, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Strong interest in AI, startups, or HR tech.
