Planning Labs is an experiential and digital marketing agency working across corporate events, exhibitions, brand activations, social media, digital campaigns and creative production.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Client Servicing Executive to manage client communication and coordinate projects across our events and digital marketing teams. You will turn client requirements into clear briefs, keep projects moving and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client objectives, budgets, timelines and deliverables, and prepare clear internal briefs.
• Coordinate with design, content, social media, video and event operations teams.
• Support proposals, presentations, quotations and campaign plans.
• For events: coordinate client approvals for concepts, venue options, branding, production and execution requirements.
• For digital: coordinate content calendars, creative approvals, campaign deliverables and performance reports.
• Track project timelines, consolidate feedback and follow up on pending approvals.
• Attend client meetings, prepare meeting notes and communicate action points.
• Track changes in scope and obtain approval for additional costs or revised timelines.
• Support invoicing and payment follow-ups with the accounts team.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organisation, presentation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across teams.
• Basic understanding of event execution, social media and digital marketing.
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to attend client meetings and support on-ground events when required.

Qualifications

• Previous client servicing or account coordination experience in an events, advertising or digital agency is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and relevant internship experience may also apply.
