About the Role

Blacksof is seeking a Project Associate to oversee project strategy from inception to completion, ensuring client goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and brand values.
• Plan campaigns that meet client briefs and present these plans to clients.
• Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions.
• Collaborate with the creative team to execute plans.
• Keep clients informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build long-lasting client relationships to enhance customer experience.
• Implement creative and design thinking to solve problems.
• Stay updated on Social Media and Industry trends to add value to projects.
• Utilize teamwork to deliver a positive team and client experience.
• Thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0-2 years of experience in project management.
• B.Tech/BE + MBA in Operations.
• Above 60 percentile in CAT is preferred.
• Above 65% in 10th, 12th, Graduation, and Post Graduation.
• Commitment to a long-term association with the organization.
• Internship or job experience in IT, digital, print design, or advertising is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Goal-oriented and focused on delivering results.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn the Blacksof approach.
• A positive mindset and openness to feedback.
• Proficiency in documentation, formatting, and organization skills.
• Knowledge of PM Tools.
• Knowledge of SCRUM and Agile Methodology.
