Associate Data Engineer

About the Role

An Associate Data Engineer role within AHEAD's Associate Development Program (LAUNCH). This program focuses on training and development within the Digital Solutions Group (DSG) practice, with an emphasis on Data solutions. Upon program completion, there is an opportunity to work on client projects.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience in any of the programming languages: Python, Java, Scala, Go.
• Working knowledge of supporting data structures including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Willingness to travel to support client projects and shadowing opportunities (50%+ of the time).
• Existing U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a degree in a technical discipline by 1/11/2027.
• Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in IT, software, or a relevant field is a plus.
• Successful completion in a technical-related bootcamp is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Application Development.

Preferred Experience

• Understanding of one of the data platforms (ex. Hadoop, Spark, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Working knowledge of Cloud Solutions.

Compensation

$80,000 - $88,000 a year. This range represents On-Target Earnings (OTE) including base salary and target bonus. OTE may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
