About the Role
This is an intern position focused on Tele Counselling and Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Working on counseling and customer handling.
- Working on retaining & up-selling.
- Working on day-to-day calls to schedule classes.
- Calling interested students and pitching products.
- Providing in-depth information to prospective learners through email, phone, chat, social media, etc.
- Resolving candidate queries relating to the course.
- Identifying references through the existing learner's database to increase the sales pipeline.
