About the Role

The Campus Ambassador role at Let's Grow Youngster's is a full-time hybrid position based in the Pune Division, with some flexibility for work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the organization’s initiatives on campus.
• Coordinate events and activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between students and the organization.
• Engage with student groups.
• Share information about programs.
• Manage campus promotions.
• Collect feedback to improve outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with faculty, student bodies, and local partners.
• Regularly report progress and insights to the core team.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with diverse student audiences and stakeholders.
• Marketing and sales skills to promote initiatives, drive participation, and support program enrollment on campus.
• Networking skills to build and maintain relationships with student organizations, faculty members, and local partners.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple activities and deadlines in a campus setting.
• Proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and in collaboration with the core team.
• Comfort with digital tools and social media platforms for online outreach and communication.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in student leadership, event coordination, or campus clubs is an advantage.
