Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain HR records, attendance, and internal databases.
- Support HR policies, SOPs, and internal communications.
- Assist in employee engagement and team coordination.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Support employer branding and internal HR initiatives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 0 to 1 year of experience (Freshers are welcome).
- Open mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Basic understanding of HR or people management (training provided).
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Comfortable with digital tools like WhatsApp, Email, Google Sheets.
- Ability to work from office in a collaborative environment.
Internship Details
- Location: Work From Office – Bhopal
- Duration: 3 Months
- Stipend: 3000/-
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
