About the Role
The Nexus Capital is onboarding 10–20 new full-time sales representatives this week for an inbound software offer.
- 100% remote, full-time, 1099 independent contractor
- Inbound leads provided — no cold prospecting
- Work alongside a remote team on Discord
Key Responsibilities
- Run scheduled calls with interested prospects
- Walk them through signup
- Close the deal
Compensation
- Commission paid per closed deal
- Daily bonuses for closing 3 or more deals in a day
- Commissions paid out every week
Qualifications
- Available full-time during business hours
- Comfortable speaking with people on the phone and video calls
- Coachable, consistent, and motivated by performance-based pay
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet place to take calls
- Fluent in English
Training & Support
- Full training, scripts, and ongoing coaching provided
- Trained with closing SOPs, scripts, and a sales manager
- No sales experience is required
