Travel Consultant II, Mumbai

About the Role

As a Travel Associate at BCD Travel, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, communicating and responding to requests, and helping them travel smart and achieve more.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
• Consistently provide consultation to the customer, with a strong understanding of client travel policies
• Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (e.g., DOT, TSA, passports, visas)
• Provide clients with required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
• Seek opportunities to review operational processes and commercial relationships with clients to provide suggestions for improvement
• Maintain and actively communicate, while seeking expansion of, current knowledge of various travel industries

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Client Facing experience with extensive experience dealing with Corporate Clients
• Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
• Advanced skills in GDS Amadeus (Mandatory)
• Knowledge on Transit visa is preferable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
