Customer Support Executive (International Voice/Chat/Blended Process)
Location: Pune (Viman Nagar, Magarpatta, Yerwada, Hinjewadi, Kharadi)

About the Role
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for International Voice, Chat, and Blended Processes. Freshers are welcome for Voice & Chat roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, chat & email.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory.
- Comfortable with night shifts & rotational shifts.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts (US / UK / AUS).
- 5 days working + 2 rotational week offs.
Qualifications
- Graduate / Undergraduate – All streams eligible.
- Minimum 6 months of experience preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Freshers: 22,000 – 27,000 in-hand
- Experienced: 32,000 – 50,000 in-hand
- CTC: 3.5 LPA – 6.7 LPA
