About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and gain practical exposure to recruitment, employee management, payroll, documentation, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and candidate screening.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.
• Support employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with attendance, leave, and timesheet tracking.
• Support employee engagement & HR activities.
• Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, & other documentation.
• Support in Payroll operations.
• Support performance review and feedback processes.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Assist the HR team with other day-to-day HR activities.

Requirements

• Graduated in BBA/MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Similar Internship Experience in the field.
• Basic knowledge of Finance, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information professionally.
