About the Role
Saniksha Properties is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help sell our 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and explain property details, pricing, and available options.
- Arrange and coordinate site visits for potential buyers.
- Follow up with interested customers and build good relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and assist them in choosing the right property.
- Negotiate with customers and work towards closing sales.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- A confident and customer-friendly approach.
- Ability to follow up with leads and close deals.
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate sales is preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales may also apply.
