About the Role
Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join their compassionate, care-giving team and partner in continuing their reputation of caring for people's loved ones. This position is based on the principles of integrated nursing.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing assessments, care planning, interventions, and evaluations.
- Maintaining standards of professional nursing.
- Developing and implementing an appropriate plan of care based on assessment and diagnosis tailored to meet each individual’s needs.
- Demonstrating knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
- Planning for and providing resident, family, and caregiver education.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Current state licensure as a RN in good standing.
- Organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
