About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate at Target’s Sortation Center, you’ll help keep product moving efficiently and safely. This is an on-site role in a fast-paced warehouse environment, supporting Target’s operations.
Pay Rate
- Up to $23.49/hour
Available Shift Times
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Schedule
- Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday (with potential for additional days/hours during peak season)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse tasks such as sorting, picking/packing, and material movement as assigned
- Follow safety guidelines and site policies at all times
- Maintain pace and accuracy in a production-focused environment
- Communicate clearly with onsite leaders and team members
Key Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting and following safety procedures
- Reliable attendance and flexibility with potential peak-season schedule changes
- Background check must be cleared before starting
