About the Role
Operations Intern - 6 Months/PPO at TravClan
Key Responsibilities
- Handling all bookings and business operations related work.
- Closely working with suppliers to ensure timely revert on queries and smooth post-booking operations (e.g., booking confirmations, sharing vouchers).
- Ensuring timely payments to suppliers and deliveries to customers.
- Effectively managing feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.
- Ensuring customer delight.
- Regular and timely completion of agent KYC.
Requirements & Tech Stack

- Enjoy speaking to clients on call.
- High ownership to complete your work.
- Good at negotiating with suppliers.
- Willing to learn more.
- Available for 6 months.
- Comfortable with tight timelines/targets.
- Disciplined to sit and work.
- Good at resolving customer queries or escalations.
- Comfortable with long working hours.
- Excited about working on Saturdays (6 days a week).
Qualifications

- Excellent structured problem-solving ability.

Additional Details
- Office Location: Connaught Place, Delhi
- Work Timings: Rotational shifts, 10-10.5 hours per day.
- Stipend: Starts at INR 25,000 and can go up to INR 30,000 by the end of 6 months.
