About the Role

We are looking for a Manual Test Engineer Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers hands-on experience in software testing, working closely with our development and product teams to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing manual test cases based on project requirements.
• Conduct functional testing to verify that features meet specified requirements.
• Perform regression testing on software updates.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand product architecture and contribute to test strategies.
• Document and report any defects found during testing.
• Work with developers to troubleshoot and verify reported defects.
• Participate in exploratory testing.
• Assist in verifying fixes for defects.
• Maintain and update test documentation.
• Learn and contribute to automated test scripts and frameworks where applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with overall quality goals.
• Stay informed about basic software testing principles and practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with any bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA) is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for technology and quality assurance.
