About the Role

Palin Analytics is a premium data science training institute focused on empowering individuals and organizations with skills to thrive in a data-driven world. This is a full-time, on-site Data Science Trainer position based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver data science and analytics courses, including lectures, hands-on labs, and project-based sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans and training materials.
• Explain core concepts in statistics, machine learning, and data engineering.
• Guide learners through coding exercises and real-world case studies.
• Assess learner progress through assignments and evaluations.
• Provide constructive feedback.
• Adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
• Collaborate with the academic team to update curricula and integrate industry trends.
• Support career advancement activities such as mentoring, interview preparation, and portfolio review.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in core data science topics such as statistics, machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and basic data engineering workflows.
• Hands-on experience with common data science tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
• Familiarity with libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, or similar.
• Ability to design structured, outcome-focused curricula.
• Ability to translate complex topics into accessible, practical learning modules.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage diverse learner groups.
• Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Comfort working on-site in a collaborative environment.
• Openness to continuous learning to keep pace with evolving data technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Science Education with subject-matter expertise in Physics and Mathematics.
• Experience as a Qualified Teacher, including lesson planning and classroom or training delivery in technical or STEM subjects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• Prior experience in corporate training, academic teaching, or mentoring in data science or analytics is highly beneficial.
