About the Role

The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across Deyor Trips’ social media channels. This role focuses on millennials and experiential travel, combining digital engagement with real-world experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop content calendars.
• Produce short-form videos and static posts.
• Write compelling captions.
• Align content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Monitor social media trends.
• Engage with community members through comments and direct messages.
• Collaborate with marketing and trip-planning teams to showcase upcoming experiences in India and Southeast Asia.
• Support brand growth and community engagement.
• Capture content during trips and events.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Social media content creation and management across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Skill in short-form video creation.
• Basic photo/video editing.
• Proficiency with social media tools or apps.
• Strong written communication skills, including storytelling and caption writing.
• Understanding of millennial-focused digital language.
• Capability to analyze basic social media metrics and use insights to refine content and engagement strategies.
• Comfort with on-camera presence or facilitating shoots.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram.
• Ability to collaborate within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple content deadlines.

Qualifications

• Interest in travel, lifestyle, and community-building, especially within India and Southeast Asia.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
