About the Role
This role involves taking care of overall facility and admin activities, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of various systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks as per PPM schedule.
- Attend TT calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair works.
- Coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty/AMC.
- Monitor energy consumption readings.
- Perform DG maintenance.
- Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components including photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tacks, and encoders.
- Support production in a safe, customer-focused manner.
- Perform minor refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes, fixtures, fittings, equipment, fixed furniture, and OPS equipment like trolleys, cages, and carts.
- Conduct regular checks of Fire Alarm & Fire extinguishers.
- Perform maintenance, oiling, and greasing of carts, trolleys, pumps, and rolling shutters.
- Attend to regular electrical works.
- Issue height work and hot work permits.
- Handle minor Civil & Plumbing corrective maintenance calls.
- Provide daily reports on TT closures, open cases, and RCA.
- Update tools inventory.
- Manage PPM schedule maintenance.
- Oversee soft services activities including pest control, housekeeping, and scrap & garbage disposal.
- Handle agency staff and overall shift operations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics fields.
- Experience with Instrumentation and Controls.
- Conveyors/automation/control systems maintenance experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation and Controls.
- 1+ years of experience in conveyors/automation/control systems maintenance.
