About the Role
This is an unpaid internship for an HR Intern at FlowSet Hub. The internship duration is 2 Months and is remote. The role involves active participation in the hiring process and understanding how a growing tech startup builds its team.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and source candidates for open roles
- Shortlist applications and conduct initial screening
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and the team
- Reach out to candidates and maintain smooth communication
- Assist with onboarding new team members
- Maintain candidate and employee records
- Contribute to improving the hiring process
- Handle day-to-day HR tasks
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and comfort in talking to people
- Organized and good at following up
- Ability to take ownership
- Genuine interest in HR and recruitment
- Ability to manage work independently in a remote setup
- Currently a student, fresher, or seeking real HR experience
- Degree or years of experience is preferable but not necessary.
- Emphasis on thinking, communication, and execution.
