About the Role

• International Voice Process Executive in Medical Billing / Healthcare BPO.
• CTC: 20,000 per month.
• Shift: Night Shift Only.
• Work Location: Vepery, Chennai.
• Interview Location: Velachery, Chennai.
• Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding claim status.
• Follow up on unpaid or denied medical claims.
• Verify patient insurance and billing information.
• Resolve claim-related issues and secure maximum reimbursement.
• Update claim details accurately in the system.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain professional communication with US healthcare insurance representatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good English Communication Skills.
• Basic Computer Knowledge.
• Willing to Work in Night Shift.
• Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate.
