About the Role
This role focuses on creating memorable and unique guest experiences through extensive housekeeping functions. The Guest Environment Expert is responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel and is empowered to proactively address needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.
- Deliver guest requests.
- Stock carts.
- Clean rooms and public spaces.
- Perform similar responsibilities to ensure a great guest experience.
- Ensure a safe work place.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality.

- Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time.
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
